It appears that the flowere were lovely but they were delivered on the wrong day hence the lowrating. Required delivery date was the 15th March NOT the 13th.

The flowers were brilliant. As was service. You helped make someone very very happy. One criticism/ suggestion though. My understanding is that the card was "open" and plain for all to see and read. Maybe a small envelope to keep the message private especially when it relates to romantic/intimate affairs...I think this would significantly enhance the overall experience. Thanks again

I have used Direct2florist to send flowers to my aged mother in Cape Town on several occasions. They never let me down, the flowers are always beautiful and I would recommend to anyone.
