53. Living outside SA as I do now, I was unaware that today is a public holiday. Pattington's delivered a day early on the basis of what I wrote in my instructions to them, which was absolutely brilliant!!!! (The big brand name I have entrusted with flower deliveries in SA in the past, seemed incapable of exercising any discretion, and on occasions deliveries have been late to the point of being inappropriate.) I have heard from Rachel Ferriman and she says that the flowers were perfect - bright and varied, which was exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much indeed.
