the flowers didn't reach the person because she left the area earlier than expected. i called them just to cancel the order and not to try to deliver the flowers again, aside from canceling it, they also gave me a full refund! definitely didn't expect a full refund. so far, best service i got from florist.

Special Occasions at the last minute (2 days before Valentines Day) were able to deliver some beautiful white roses to my girl friend in Cape Town. The delivery driver wasn't even fazed by a change of address as she was at a different house than planned that afternoon. Excellent service! I work in Canada at the moment and ordered flowers for delivery for my mother's birthday. The person that delivered the flowers took the time to phone my mom as she wasn't home at the time of delivery and was able to have it delivered to our neighbours where she picked it up later.
