We sent some flowers and treats home to my husband's mam as we are living away. Our plans to visit were cancelled and their flights to come over for the birth of their grandchild were cancelled due to the pandemic. It was extremely important to us that we could put a smile on his mams face. We want to thank special occasions for their service. Everything was perfect and it was delivered the very next day! Hopefully things will be back to normal soon

The service received from the florist was ok, not great. I requested the basket to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. The basket was delivered on Mother’s Day, The basket was to include biltong, but it was substituted with another item and I was not informed about that. I only received the confirmation of delivery the Tuesday. The overal experience was ok. I will think twice about using the same florist in the future.

Special Occasions at the last minute (2 days before Valentines Day) were able to deliver some beautiful white roses to my girl friend in Cape Town. The delivery driver wasn't even fazed by a change of address as she was at a different house than planned that afternoon. It wasn't a morning delivery but at the last minute, I don't think I could have expected that. Well done!

Excellent service! I work in Canada at the moment and ordered flowers for delivery for my mother's birthday. The person that delivered the flowers took the time to phone my mom as she wasn't home at the time of delivery and was able to have it delivered to our neighbours where she picked it up later.
