Absolutely appalling service. It was my mothers 90th.They apparently phoned my Mum and said she dropped the phone, so they werent able to deliver. I phoned Rosie, the phone kept cutting out. They said they would deliver the next day, they didnt. My mother phoned and swapped the order for some orchids . They arrived on Saturday dead. I have no words . I am furious!!

Had 1st class service from Pattingtons. My friend had undergone major surgery and Pattingtons had difficulty contacting her by phone. However they persevered which was greatly appreciated as she was unable to access her phone until much later in the day. The most beautiful vase if flowers were delivered and felt it was a personal 1st class service.

The bouquet was lovely and the recipient loved it but it was absolutely nothing like the picture of the bouquet I had chosen online. I have used Direct2florist multiple times and find this is usually the case. The florist probably uses whatever flowers they have not what buyer actually chose. But it was still a lovely arrangement.
