Although the flowers were delivered late as a result of transports issues, the florist contacted me and delivered a beautiful arrangement early the next day. Very good customer service and exceptional product.

The bouquet was absolutely stunning and brightened up my day. However, I wanted to bring to your attention that the flowers arrived a few days later than expected. While I understand that delays can happen, I just wanted to make you aware in case there was any issue with the delivery process.

I recently used Direct2florist for the first time and I am surprised and delighted with the outcome. Flowers were delivered as per my order. I say surprised because I had tried twice previously to send flowers to the same destination via a different company. At both attempts the company took my money but did not deliver. So henceforth I will be using Direct2florist.
