Even though there was an unforeseen delay in receiving the flowers and bear, they turned out beautiful! Plus, the shop communicated the delay to my family member and arranged the delivery. Im in the U.S. and its the first time Ive used this type of service. Its definitely a great way to send something when youre far away. Id definitely use them again. Please keep in mind the difference in time and the florist hours.
