The flowers were lovely, but they promised the flowers the day after I ordered and when my cousin went to pick it up they knew nothing about it. Only when I contacted the UK they sent and email to the florist and then it was ready the following day.

Thank you for making my mom's return from hospital, a little better. It was difficult to find the right kind of service while being overseas. The website made it seem like I could include a Special Request - which I did.<br />Given that the flowers were for a ladies' 50th birthday, I requested that vintage, pastel coloured flowers be used as it was for a classy lady. However, this was not the case.<br /><br />I also felt that the message was scribbled with no formatting on the card, and one of the names was omitted. It would have been better if the florist had simply printed my message & pasted it in the card.
