I made a last minute decision to have some flowers delivered to my fiance for Valentines day and was disappointed as all the online florists were closed at that time. Fortunately I found your site and decided to give it a try, but without keeping any expectations it would be delivered yesterday at my intended time. I just decided to give it a shot and I was surprised beyond words that my Fiance got the flowers right on time, with a presentation much more than expected. Outstanding caring service despite a hiccup in the payment going through. The flowers I orderd were made into the arrangement I requested with a single candle and received by my brother to commemorate the loss of his wife a year ago. Your rating system does not go nearly high enough to measure happy I was with the florist, Pattington's of Sandton, Gauteng, S.A. You need 10 stars!! They went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND, and I don't mean just the incredible flower arrangement. Donna Leigh hand made the card for my loved one, customized to match the verbiage I wanted for the card. She added glittered lightning bolts and a mini red silk butterfly to off set the umbrella. Inside, the text was added over a faded lightning bolt (chosen based on my words.) I expected a simple, plain, generic card with my words written on it; I never expected this type of service! Outstanding! Donna has made a fan and customer for life. -C.B. Lawrence -USA , Texas

Living outside SA as I do now, I was unaware that today is a public holiday. Pattington's delivered a day early on the basis of what I wrote in my instructions to them, which was absolutely brilliant!!!! (The big brand name I have entrusted with flower deliveries in SA in the past, seemed incapable of exercising any discretion, and on occasions deliveries have been late to the point of being inappropriate.) I have heard from Rachel Ferriman and she says that the flowers were perfect - bright and varied, which was exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much indeed.
