Had 1st class service from Pattingtons. My friend had undergone major surgery and Pattingtons had difficulty contacting her by phone. However they persevered which was greatly appreciated as she was unable to access her phone until much later in the day. The most beautiful vase if flowers were delivered and felt it was a personal 1st class service.

The flowers were beautiful and very fresh and colourful. The florist responded very quickly to a couple of queries and went above and beyond what I had asked for. Excellent service from start to finish
