I was ordering from England as a 70th Birthday gift for my sister in South Africa. The flowers were very pretty but the size was so small. The floral box was the size of a cup coaster. As I wear ordering from South Africa shop I expected for the cost a reasonable size. I will not use this site again

Although a little pricier than what I really wanted to pay, it was worth every penny. No complaints. Perhaps $10 less would've hit the sweet spot, but given just how good it all looked, the "extra" $10 was worth it! The purchase process was as smooth as usual

Panningtons was absolutely brilliant. <br /><br />I requested a yellow rose bouquet for my sister's birthday and just 24 hours later, Pat got in touch to let me know that the yellow roses weren't very good quality and would i prefer some thing else. After a brief exchange, we agreed on the red roses and here is where they went above and beyond. <br /><br />I paid for flowers, they added a balloon, a sweet treat and an actual birthday card. <br /><br />1000% impressed. BUT ! Flowers were suppose to be delivered on Saturday 3rd November in time for my brother's anniversary. Not the florists fault I suspect but DIRECT2FLORIST whose web site said initially flowers would be delivered on the saturday only to send an e-mail later saying they could not! By this time it was too late for me to place an order with another company.

Living in the US you never know what you’re going to get when you order flowers
<br/>We had not only incredible personal service but the flowers arrived and the recipient said that they were more than exquisite!
<br/>I usually will not recommend as you don’t know if the service will be as great for someone else... Bit I highly recommend Paddington’s!

Although the recipient was happy with the flowers she received, they did not look anything like the ones i ordered. E.g., I ordered lime & yellow, but red and purple flowers mixed in with yellow were delivered!

The floral arrangement was rather amateurish and lacked symmetry ( from what I could see the flowers were stuck into the oasis randomly) The first image I saw was a mass of bright yellow flowers on one side of the bouquet. I did not request a yellow bouquet. The other side had some random pastel shades of green and white. The positive I believe was that the container basket was pretty. Very disappointed as this has been my fourth purchase through Direct2Florist South Africa

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my moms office on her birthday. Apparently you were running late. The delivery was made the following day with chocolates. Although the chocolates were an extra, it DOES NOT make up for no delivery on her birthday!!! She is alone in South Africa with no family and it was important for me to let her know I was thinking of her in her birthday. You failed miserably!!!

I cannot recommend Pattingtons highly enough. I was kept informed throughout my order. Unfortunately the flowers sent were wreaths but they treated our grief as if it was their own, even ensuring the flowers reached the Church late the evening before the Funeral to ensure that they were there on time. They sent a message of condolence back to me when advising the flowers were delivered. Pat and your Team you are fantastic. Thank you just does not seem enough. God Bless you all.

Professional service, kept me posted every step of the way. I might of misunderstood but thought there was a small box of chocolates included , this appears to have not been the case. Besides that they are a lovely bunch of people and would come highly recommend.

I was kept fully informed from start to delivery of flowers. I was informed that flowers were in short supply because of the drought and if my order was able to be processed it might not be what I had ordered. The florist persevered and although what my friend received was different to order she was delighted with her flowers Thanks a million for going that extra mile
